Built on Hard Work from the Beginning

Vicotek, LLC began corporate operations in 2002 in Birmingham, Alabama, with a clear goal: provide affordable, reliable truck equipment and parts for the utility service and construction industries—including aerial and underground power, forestry/tree care, telecommunications, traffic/sign, oil, and mining. Customer demand fueled steady expansion, and we continue to grow—supporting more equipment categories and more regions while staying customer-first.

What started as a lean, laptop-based operation grew as customer demand increased. Today, we’re still here—serving, adapting, and expanding with the same customer-first mindset.

Family is central to our culture. We believe strong performance and healthy family life can—and should—coexist, and we build our work around that principle.

Vicotek currently functions as the headquarters of the company group with operations in Huntsville, AL. in the United States. Home of the NASA US Space and Rocket Center and many technologically innovative corporations that are sources of inspiration, knowledge, and business opportunities. Several local manufacturing and engineering companies are part of our group of companies we partner with to position their products and services in many unattended global markets and development of new products and projects.

With a clear mission and vision in mind, more than 35 years of experience in designing, repairing, and selling Industrial and Commercial Mobile Equipment, and valuable partnership with top-notch related companies we have expanded our reach beyond the United States’ boundaries with regular customers in Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe.

Sustainability and recycling commitment

We prioritize reuse before disposal. When we encounter used or surplus equipment, we first look for safe, practical ways to extend its life—through reuse, refurbishment, reconfiguration, or repurposing. Only when equipment is truly beyond use do we move to environmentally friendly end‑of‑life handling and responsible recycling through qualified partners.

Our approach to the Secondary Market is in line with part of our mission to contribute to having a more sustainable and cleaner planet. With many years in this business, we have seen all over the world much equipment piled up rusting causing many types of contamination to the environment. Brand new equipment is a manufacturer’s reflection of strength, innovation, and resilience. Also, the brand shines with blinding sparks. On the other hand, when an equipment is abandoned rusting and polluting with oil leaking everywhere showing the once sparkling brand logo, what does it say about the manufacturer?

We keep track of all natural disasters threatening the different areas we serve and are ready to help in any possible way. Regions affected by natural disasters such as hurricanes or tornadoes need their fleet of equipment up and running as soon as possible to be able to attend the desperate demand for their services.
